“SportsPhotos.com was very helpful in managing the photography for our event.  They handled everything from finding photographers in our area to the customer service when people were needing help downloading their photos.  It's one less thing that we have to worry about and we really appreciate it.”

As soon as we are hired by you we reach out to our photographers in your area and make sure they cover your event. Each potential photographer that we hire is thoroughly screened to make sure they meet our standards. We make sure they have the right gear for the job, the right experience, and we even have them go through online training videos to ensure that they refresh their knowledge

We also work with each photographer to make sure they understand exactly what is expected of them at each event. We provide them with directions to the event, instructions on their responsibilities, and we make sure they understand the level of professionalism we expect from each of our photographers. We have recruiting down to a science and we look forward to making sure you have a great photographer at your event.

All the photographers will shoot the event based on their instructions. When they are finished we have them rush to get the photos uploaded to our servers and ready for processing. Part of our selection process is ensure that they have fast Internet service. Sometimes there are so many photos taken that it would be possible to wait days before an upload is complete. We work In the case of large events and tens of thousands of photos, we work with local Internet Service Providers to allow access for our photographers to upload. The faster we can get the photos the faster we can begin the editing process. Any bottle neck in this process can delay photos being available to your participants. Our goal is to be the fastest, high quality photography service and this helps us maintain quality and increase speed.

In the event the event that a photographer does not have fast Internet, we will arrange for another photographer to take their photos. We can't stress enough how important this step of the process is and we have it figured out. When you hire us, you don't have to worry about the small stuff.

Photo editing is one thing that a lot of "professional" photography companies don't do. It doesn't matter how good a photographer is, their photos need to be edited.

First, we eliminate any bad photos (blurry, out of focus, or inappropriate). You would be surprised at some of the things we have caught before the photos go live.

After we reject all of the bad photos, we go through and adjust the exposure, the color balance, and we apply a beautiful negative vignette that brings focus to the subject. It's a small touch but it adds a lot of quality to our photos and your participants will appreciate it.

There are a lot of difficulties shooting an event from a photographers perspective. Sometimes the cloud changes the lighting, the sun changes the colors, and a lot more can happen. Making these adjustments ensures that you do not have "cold" looking photos.

We want the memories of the event to match the quality of the event itself and these are some of the ways we achieve that.
